Hey all,

To get an idea of who we are, I want to write a little bit about my wife and I for you.

Michelle started her career in hospitality through her family’s business, Hotel Boutique Valle de Guadalupe in Baja California, Mexico. She began with humble beginnings working in the laundry room. Over time with hard work she became the hotel’s General Manager. In late 2021, she birthed a new project called Luna De Sol. From the ground up she built an upscale spa and yoga studio in the Valle de Guadalupe. Since 2010, Michelle and her family have grown Hotel Boutique from a simple horse ranch into a 50-room, full-scale resort, complete with two popular restaurants, spa, and an equestrian school. Today, Hotel Boutique stands as one of the largest hotels in the Valle de Guadalupe.

Michelle and I met in Mexico shortly after I moved down to care for my father during his final years. After his passing, I decided to stay in Mexico and take a leap of faith on a project of my own called Native Residence. The idea was to build a sustainable Boutique Hotel using repurposed materials and natural building techniques. We completed the project in 2019. Since opening, we have grown from 4 to 10 rooms and have become one of the highest-rated Boutique Hotels in Baja California.

In 2023, my wife was pregnant with our first child, Koa. I felt a strong sense that we needed to raise our child back in my home country. After a lot of traveling, we discovered Bow, Washington. We took a leap of faith and put down roots in 2024.

Our newest project, Cascade Stays, is something we are incredibly excited about. Our mission is to create a full-service property management company with trust and client satisfaction as our top priority. As property owners ourselves, we understand the frustrations and financial strain that come from poor property management. There is nothing more important than knowing your investment is in capable and caring hands.

Our focus is to curate your property as a highly desirable and unique listing while implementing efficient systems for guest communication and home maintenance. Our aim is not just to manage your property, but to grow its potential. We work to increase value through stronger cash flow, reduced expenses, and long-term asset appreciation.
